RECIPES TIPS AND QUESTIONS
What peaches are best to grill?
You want to get peaches that are ripe but firm and not too soft. Softer peaches will release too much juices and get mushy fast as they cool. When peaches are very soft, they are also hard to open in half and burn fast because of higher sugar content.
At what temperature to grill peaches?
You want to grill peaches over medium temperature. If the temperature is soo high, peaches will burn on the outside but not cook through. If your grill has adjustable temperature, set it to medium. For charcoal grills, use half to 3/4 chimney full of charcoal, spread them out, and raise the grate if possible. You can also use the charcoals after cooking meats, over the coals that are starting to go out.

Grill peaches over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Smaller peaches might be done a little bit faster.
