Mustard note: do not use yellow mustard, it is not the same flavor as Creole or a spicy gourmet mustard! Storing:Store this sauce in a glass jarwith an air-tight lid and make sure to keep it in the refrigerator. Properly stored, it should last up to a week.Freezing: personally, I don't recommend freezing it because it does not have the same texture once thawed. Although, technically, it can be done you will just have to be away of the texture change.
